Doug showed us around the warehouse and we had a super dinner that I heard had been cooking for hours in the souk. Of course, everything was prepared and served on Le Souk Ceramique. The beef rib and potatoes was amazing and the tarte tatin was just beautiful. We finished the evening chatting around the fire, sipping espresso and watching the dogs play as twilight fell.
